Finish object-felted needle case

Posted on: February 7, 2007

Here is yet another experiment

gone wrong.

It is usable but it didn’t turn

out the wayI had hoped.

The yarn is Plymouth Galway

Highland Heather worsted weight.

The stripes are leftovers

from the purse I did for

Rachel.

I had to trim the piece quite

a bit to

make it square.

My new needles came today and

they fit okay into the case.

Hey, it looks pretty good to me (love the stripes), and if it works, what more do you need? I’ve been using a felted knitting bag I made myself 2 years ago that has so many mistakes in it that I’d never let it be seen in public. But it works!
